स्कंद उवाच । मुने गणेषु चैतेषु वाराणस्यां स्थितेष्विति । स्वनाम्ना स्थाप्य लिंगानि विश्वेशपरितुष्टये
skaṃda uvāca | mune gaṇeṣu caiteṣu vārāṇasyāṃ sthiteṣviti | svanāmnā sthāpya liṃgāni viśveśaparituṣṭaye
スカンダは言った。「聖仙よ、これらシヴァの従者の群れがこのようにヴァーラーナシーに住まうとき、彼らはヴィシュヴェーシャを完全に歓ばせるため、自らの名を冠したリンガを建立した。」
