किंकुलीयः स नो वेद्मि किंदेशीयः किमाख्यकः । दुनोति नितरां सख्यस्तद्विश्लेषानलो महान्
kiṃkulīyaḥ sa no vedmi kiṃdeśīyaḥ kimākhyakaḥ | dunoti nitarāṃ sakhyastadviśleṣānalo mahān
彼がいかなる家系の者か、どの国の出か、名さえも私は知らない。されど友よ、彼と離れた大いなる別離の火が、ひどく我を責め苦しめる。
