स्कंद उवाच । पतिव्रतापते ऽगस्त्य शृणु वक्ष्याम्यशेषतः । मृगांकलक्ष्मणोत्कंठं काशी नेत्रातिथीकृता
skaṃda uvāca | pativratāpate 'gastya śṛṇu vakṣyāmyaśeṣataḥ | mṛgāṃkalakṣmaṇotkaṃṭhaṃ kāśī netrātithīkṛtā
スカンダは言った。「貞節なる者たちの主、アガスティヤよ、聞け。余すところなく語ろう。カーシーは眼の客人となり、月を印として戴く御方（シヴァ）にさえ憧れを呼び起こした。」
