स्नात्वांबुदैवतैर्मंत्रैः प्राणानायम्य यत्नतः । उपस्थानं रवेः कृत्वा संध्ययोरुभयोरपि
snātvāṃbudaivatairmaṃtraiḥ prāṇānāyamya yatnataḥ | upasthānaṃ raveḥ kṛtvā saṃdhyayorubhayorapi
水の神々の真言をもって沐浴し、努めて調息（プラーナーヤーマ）を整えたのち、朝夕二つのサンディヤーにおいて、太陽に対し恭しく礼拝し奉仕せよ。
