harikeśo vicāryeti yāto vārāṇasīṃ purīm | yatrāvimukte jaṃtūnāṃ tyajatāṃ pārthivīṃ tanum

かく思案して、ハリケーシャはヴァーラーナシーの都――アヴィムクタ――へと赴いた。そこでは、衆生が地上の身を捨てるとき、聖なるクシェートラの解脱の定めが働く。
