एवमभ्यर्थितो राज्ञा गर्गो ब्राह्मणपुंगवः । तौ निनाय महापुण्यं कालिंद्यास्तटमुत्तमम्
evamabhyarthito rājñā gargo brāhmaṇapuṃgavaḥ | tau nināya mahāpuṇyaṃ kāliṃdyāstaṭamuttamam
王にこのように請われて、婆羅門の中の第一人者ガルガは、夫婦をカ―リンディー（ヤムナー）の最上にして大いなる功徳の岸辺へと導いた。
