उवाच मधुरां वाणीं मेघगम्भीरनिस्वनाम् । किमर्थं बोधितो ब्रह्मन् समर्थैर्वः सुरासुरैः
uvāca madhurāṃ vāṇīṃ meghagambhīranisvanām | kimarthaṃ bodhito brahman samarthairvaḥ surāsuraiḥ
彼は甘美なる声で語った。その響きは雲の雷鳴のごとく深い。「おおブラフマンよ、何のために我を起こしたのか。力ある汝ら देव とアスラが、願いを携えて来たのは何ゆえか。」
