ततः प्रोवाच वचनं हृष्टपुष्टो द्विजोत्तमः । वरदोऽस्मि वरं वत्स वृणु यत्तव रोचते
tataḥ provāca vacanaṃ hṛṣṭapuṣṭo dvijottamaḥ | varado'smi varaṃ vatsa vṛṇu yattava rocate
すると、歓喜に満ちて健やかな最上のバラモンは言った。「わたしは恩寵を授ける者である、愛しき子よ。汝の望むままに、好む恩恵を選べ。」
