Tīrtha-māhātmya narrator (contextual; likely a sage addressing a king)
Tirtha: Brahmā-nirmita divya-śilā at Revā-tīrtha
Type: kshetra
Listener: Bhārata (addressed)
Scene: Brahmā is depicted consecrating or creating a sacred stone on the riverbank; later, a devotee performs pitṛ-directed rites atop it with orderly ritual implements.
Sacred geography is divinely instituted; proper ancestral dedication at such a locus becomes a powerful means of purification.
The Brahmā-made, sin-destroying Gayāśiras-śilā tīrtha in the Revā Khaṇḍa.
Perform rites upon/atop the śilā according to rule, explicitly dedicating the offering to the pitṛs.
