ब्रह्मणा निर्मिता पूर्वं सर्वपापक्षयंकरी । उपर्यस्या यथान्यायं पितॄनुद्दिश्य भारत
brahmaṇā nirmitā pūrvaṃ sarvapāpakṣayaṃkarī | uparyasyā yathānyāyaṃ pitṝnuddiśya bhārata
それは昔、ブラフマーによって造られ、あらゆる罪を滅する因となる。その上で、バ―ラタよ、祖霊（ピトリ）に向けて、法にかなって儀礼を行うべきである。
