na tasya vidyeta kāryaṃ kāraṇaṃ ca na vidyate | na tatsamo 'dhikaścāpi kvacijjagati dṛśyate

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: stotra
It declares Shiva as Pati—the Supreme Lord who is uncaused, unsurpassed, and not bound by worldly categories of cause and effect; realizing this supremacy supports liberation (moksha) through devotion and right knowledge.
Though Shiva is described as beyond cause and comparison (transcendent/Nirguna), the Linga and other Saguna forms serve as compassionate, accessible supports for meditation and bhakti toward that same incomparable Supreme.
Contemplate Shiva as the causeless Supreme while repeating the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namah Shivaya) with steady attention; let the mind rest in His unsurpassed nature rather than in worldly comparisons.
