It highlights the inseparability of Pati (Śiva) and Śakti (His divine power): Śiva’s grace and action in the world are revealed through Śakti, guiding devotees toward right understanding and liberation.
Linga worship honors Śiva as the supreme Lord, while this verse reminds that His worship is fulfilled with reverence to Śakti as the manifest, enabling power—thus Saguna worship naturally includes the Shiva–Shakti unity.
Meditate on Shiva–Shakti non-duality while repeating the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and perform simple worship with vibhūti (Tripuṇḍra) as a reminder of Śiva’s purifying power expressed through Śakti.
