Sagara-vaṃśa-prasavaḥ — The Birth of Sagara’s Sons and the Bhāgīratha Lineage
ततः पंचजनस्यासीदंशुमान्नाम वीर्यवान् । दिलीपस्तनयस्तस्य पुत्रो यस्य भगीरथः
tataḥ paṃcajanasyāsīdaṃśumānnāma vīryavān | dilīpastanayastasya putro yasya bhagīrathaḥ
ついでパーンチャジャナ(Pañcajana)から、勇力に満ちたアṃシュマーン(Aṁśumān)が生まれた。その子はディリー パ(Dilīpa)、そしてディリー パの子が、プラーナに記憶される聖なる系譜に名高いバギーラタ(Bhagīratha)である。
