īśānaṃ sarvavidyānāmiti maṃtreṇa pūjayet | pādyamācanīyaṃ ca vidhāyārghyaṃ pradāpayet

Translation

「イーシャーナは一切の学の主なり」というマントラによってシヴァを礼拝せよ。足を洗う水（パードヤ）と口をすすぎ啜る水（アーチャマニーヤ）を供え、ついで作法にかなってアルギャ（供水）を捧げよ。
