रुजा दृळ्हा चिद्रक्षसः सदांसि पुनान इन्द ऊर्णुहि वि वाजान् । वृश्चोपरिष्टात्तुजता वधेन ये अन्ति दूरादुपनायमेषाम् ॥
Transliteration
rujā́ dṛḷhā́ cid rakṣásaḥ sadā́ṃsi punānā́ índo ūrṇuhi ví vā́jān | vṛ́ścopáriṣṭāt tujatā́ vadhéna yé ánti dūrā́d upanā́yam eṣām ||
Translation
羅刹（ラクシャサ）の堅く据えられた座をも打ち砕け。浄められしインドゥよ、vāja（ヴァージャ）――勝利の力の充溢を、ひらき広げよ。近くとも遠くとも、われらの道に押し寄せる者どもを、上より打撃の武器もて断ち倒せ。
