prá vo mahé matáyo yantu víṣṇave marútvate giri-jā́ evayā́marut | prá śárdhāya práyajyave sukhā́daye távase bhandád-iṣṭaye dhúni-vratāya śávase ||

汝らの大いなる思念の力よ、前へと進み、マルトたちを伴うヴィシュヌへ赴け――山の威力より生まれしマルトよ。前へ、祭にふさわしき群れへ、安らぎの歓喜を与うる力へ、吉祥の供物を愛する強き者へ;轟きうねる奔流を誓法とする力へ、神威の力へ。
