"Many Vanaras have collected together and roared making loud noises just as thunder rumbling clouds. By that there is no doubt that they are very happy. For that reason, even the wide ocean is agitated."
The vānaras’ thunderous rejoicing signals steadfast commitment to Rāma’s righteous cause—supporting dharma through loyal, disciplined collective action as the war for justice reaches a decisive phase.
The narrator states “vyaktam… nātra saṃśayaḥ” (“clearly… there is no doubt”), underscoring truthful, unambiguous observation: their joy is evident, and its force is so real that even the ocean is described as agitated.
