Transliteration

rāmasya sa vacaḥ kurvann anujñāpya ca taṃ janam |

vrajato 'pi hayān śīghraṃ codayāmāsa sārathiḥ ||

Translation

御者はラーマの言葉に従い、人々に別れを告げると、すでに速く進んでいた馬をさらに駆り立てて、いっそう速く走らせた。
