तत्रापि शिशुनागानामाक्रन्धश्श्रूयते महान्।क्रीडतां राम पम्पायां मतङ्गारण्यवासिनाम्।।3.73.35।।

Transliteration

tatrāpi śiśunāgānām ākrandhaḥ śrūyate mahān | krīḍatāṁ rāma pampāyāṁ mataṅgāraṇyavāsinām ||

Translation

そこでも、ラーマよ、ひときわ大きな象の鳴き声が聞こえる――パンパーにて、マタンガの森に住む若い象たちが戯れる叫びである。
