Aṣṭākṣarī Maṇḍala-Pūjā and Nyāsa
अथ ते संप्रवक्ष्यामि कायशोधनमुत्तमम् । क्षकारं हृदये चिंत्यं रक्तं रेफसमन्वितम् ॥ ४ ॥
atha te saṃpravakṣyāmi kāyaśodhanamuttamam | kṣakāraṃ hṛdaye ciṃtyaṃ raktaṃ rephasamanvitam || 4 ||
今より、最上の身の浄化法を汝に説こう。心臓の中に音節「kṣa(クシャ)」を観想し、赤色に輝き、さらに「ra(ラ)」の音(レファ)を伴うものとして念ぜよ。
