कोपं विभो संहर संहरेति यावद्गिरः खे मरुतां बभूवुः । तावत्स वह्निर्द्विजवाक्यमृष्टो भस्मावशेषां प्रमदां चकार ॥ ८६ ॥
kopaṃ vibho saṃhara saṃhareti yāvadgiraḥ khe marutāṃ babhūvuḥ | tāvatsa vahnirdvijavākyamṛṣṭo bhasmāvaśeṣāṃ pramadāṃ cakāra || 86 ||
マルト神群の声が空に響き渡り、「主よ、怒りを、怒りをお鎮めください!」と叫んでいる間に、バラモンの言葉の絶対性に突き動かされた火は、乙女を灰にしてしまいました。
