「おお神々のうち最勝なる者よ、我は彼をも刹那に灰と化し得る。されどモーヒニーを守らんと努めるデーヴァがいるなら――おお諸神よ――その者はそうせよ。」

It highlights the immediacy of divine power (able to turn an opponent to ash instantly) while emphasizing dharma-oriented restraint—protection of a sacred divine presence (Mohinī) becomes the higher priority over mere destruction.
Bhakti is implied through sevā (protective service): the verse frames devotion not only as praise but as active commitment—those who strive to safeguard the Lord’s divine manifestation (here, Mohinī associated with Viṣṇu’s līlā) embody devoted action.
No direct Vedāṅga instruction (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) appears here; the practical takeaway is dharmic conduct in ritual-narrative settings—prioritizing protection and right action over displays of power.
