そこは多くの瀑流に連なり、数多の洞窟に飾られ、数えきれぬ低い谷々に満ち、吉祥なるガンガーの水によって洗われ清められている。
Narada (descriptive narration within the Tirtha-mahatmya of Uttara-Bhaga)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It presents a sacred tirtha-landscape whose holiness is intensified by natural purity (streams, caves, valleys) and, above all, by being sanctified through the auspicious waters of the Gaṅgā—implying heightened puṇya for pilgrimage and worship there.
By portraying the tirtha as ‘washed by Gaṅgā,’ the verse supports a bhakti-oriented practice where approaching holy places and sacred waters with reverence becomes an act of devotion that purifies the mind and prepares one for Viṣṇu-smaraṇa (remembrance of the Lord).
Primarily Kalpa (ritual practice) is implied: the verse frames a tirtha suitable for snāna (ritual bathing) and pilgrimage observance; it does not directly teach Vyākaraṇa, Śikṣā, or Jyotiṣa in this line.
