カーシーを憶念することより生じた功徳を天にて享受し、やがてその功徳が尽きると、地上に独りの王として生まれる。さらに再びカーシーに至れば、解脱(ムクティ)の分を得る者となる。

It teaches that even mere remembrance of Kāśī generates great puṇya that yields heavenly enjoyment, worldly sovereignty, and ultimately culminates in mokṣa upon attaining Kāśī again—highlighting Kāśī as a liberation-conferring tīrtha.
The verse elevates smaraṇa (devotional remembrance) as a potent bhakti-aṅga: contemplating a sacred abode like Kāśī is itself a devotional act that ripens into spiritual destiny and, when aligned with reaching Kāśī, supports liberation.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is tīrtha-smaraṇa and tīrtha-yātrā as dharmic practice—remembering and reaching Kāśī as a sādhanā linked to puṇya and mokṣa.
