おお二度生まれよ。命の息が去るその時にアヴィムクタを憶念する者は、彼もまた罪より解き放たれ、シヴァの至上の境地を得る。

Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that death-time remembrance (smaraṇa) of Avimukta (Kāśī) has liberating power: it burns sins and leads the soul to Śiva’s highest state, emphasizing the salvific potency of sacred kṣetras and final remembrance.
By centering liberation on heartfelt remembrance at the final moment, it highlights bhakti as inward recollection and single-pointed devotion—here directed to Avimukta and Śiva—rather than relying only on external rites.
The verse mainly underscores smrti (remembered contemplation) and the practical dharma of tīrtha-mahātmyas; it does not directly teach a specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa), but it supports the ritual-theological idea of antakāla-smṛti in mokṣa-dharma contexts.
