धनुश्ष्युतानां वियति ददृशे बहुधा व्रज: । तदनन्तर धनुषसे छूटे हुए झुकी हुई गाँठ तथा सुवर्णमय पंखवाले बहुत-से बाणोंके समूह आकाशमें दृष्टिगोचर होने लगे
dhanuḥśyutānāṃ viyati dadṛśe bahudhā vrajaḥ | tadanantaraṃ dhanuṣaḥ chūṭe huye jhukī huī gāṇṭha tathā suvarṇamaya-paṅkhavāle bahu-śe bāṇoṃ ke samūha ākāśeṃ dṛṣṭigocara hone lage |
サンジャヤは言った。「天空には、弓から放たれた無数の矢の群れが、さまざまな方角に見えた。続いてただちに、弓より放たれ、矢筈はわずかに曲がり、金の羽を備えた矢の塊が、天を覆うほどに現れた。」
