Adhyaya 33: Pashupata Conduct, Bhasma-Vrata, and Shiva’s Boon to the Sages
स्नापयन्ति महाकुम्भैर् अद्भिर् एव महेश्वरम् गायन्ति विविधैर्गुह्यैर् हुंकारैश्चापि सुस्वरैः
snāpayanti mahākumbhair adbhir eva maheśvaram gāyanti vividhairguhyair huṃkāraiścāpi susvaraiḥ
彼らは大きな儀礼の壺から水を注ぎ、マヘーシュヴァラに灌頂の沐浴を捧げる。さらに種々の秘奥の讃歌を歌い、調えられた響きある声で「フーン」(huṃ-kāra)の唱和を発する。
