ततः शक्रस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा श्रोत्रविदारणम् उपमन्युरिदं प्राह जपन् पञ्चाक्षरं शुभम्
tataḥ śakrasya vacanaṃ śrutvā śrotravidāraṇam upamanyuridaṃ prāha japan pañcākṣaraṃ śubham
そのとき、耳を裂くほどの釈迦羅の言葉を聞いて、ウパマニュは答えた。しかも吉祥なる五音の真言を絶えず誦しつつ、心をシヴァに—縛られた魂(パシュ)を繋ぐ絆(パーシャ)を断つパティに—安住させて。
