वैकारिकस्तैजसश्च भूतादिश्चैव तामसः / त्रिविधो ऽयमहङ्कारो महतः संबभूव ह

マハト(宇宙知)から、この三種のアハンカーラ(我執原理)が生じた。サットヴァ性はヴァイカーリカ、ラジャス性はタイジャサ、タマス性はブーターディと呼ばれる。
