कृतलक्षणद्रव्यक्रयविक्रयाधानेषु योगसुरामत्तान्वा ग्राहयेयुः ॥ कZ_०४.५.१० ॥

Transliteration

kṛtalakṣaṇadravyakrayavikrayādhāneṣu yogasurāmattān vā grāhayeyuḥ

Translation

印を付けた品物の売買や質入れ・担保提供において、（現行で）共謀している者、または酒に酔っている者（隙を作らせて現行で捕える）を逮捕させるべきである。
