स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥

Transliteration

sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ

Translation

彼に支援する派閥があるなら、公然と手を下してはならない。逆の場合には、回収措置によって（財を）吐き出させるべきである。
