हिंस्रिका निर्घातयेत् अमित्रविषयातिगाः पण्यपत्तनचारित्रोपघातिकाश्च ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१२ ॥

Transliteration

hiṃsrikā nirghātayet amitraviṣayātigāḥ paṇyapattanacāritropaghātikāśca

Translation

略奪的な違犯者は鎮圧すべきである。すなわち、敵領へ不法に越境する者、および交易と港町の既定の路線・慣行を妨害する者である。
