Educational Q&A

Even when time seems long and uncertain, steadfastness is sustained by dharmic hope: the promised good outcome can arrive sooner than expected, and one should endure with faith and composure.

Mārkaṇḍeya foretells an acceleration of time—‘a month’ will pass in five nights—and assures that thereafter the listener, along with Rāma, will hear extremely pleasing news, implicitly about Sītā.
