अहं योत्स्यामि भवत: संयुगे धृतराष्ट्रजान्‌ । युष्मदर्थ महाराज यदि मां वृणुषेडनघ,“महाराज! निष्पाप नरेश! यदि आप मुझे स्वीकार करें तो मैं आपलोगोंके लिये युद्धमें धृतराष्ट्रके पुत्रोंसे युद्ध करूँगा'

Transliteration

ahaṁ yotsyāmi bhavataḥ saṁyuge dhṛtarāṣṭrajān | yuṣmadartha mahārāja yadi māṁ vṛṇuṣed anagha ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “I will fight the sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra in battle on your behalf, O great king. If you, O sinless ruler, choose to accept me, then for your sake I shall enter the war against them.”
