Discipline of Meditation and Mental Restraint

तद्‌ विद्धि प्रणिपातेन परिप्रश्ननेन" सेवया5 । उपदेक्ष्यन्ति ते ज्ञानं ज्ञानिनस्तत्त्वदर्शिन:,उस ज्ञानको तू तत्त्वदर्शी ज्ञानियोंक पास जाकर समझ, उनको भलीभाँति दण्डवत्‌ प्रणाम करनेसे, उनकी सेवा करनेसे और कपट छोड़कर सरलतापूर्वक प्रश्न करनेसे वे परमात्मतत्त्वको भलीभाँति जाननेवाले ज्ञानी महात्मा तुझे उस तत्त्वज्ञानका उपदेश करेंगे

tad viddhi praṇipātena paripraśnena sevayā | upadekṣyanti te jñānaṁ jñāninas tattvadarśinaḥ ||

Know that truth by approaching a realized teacher: bow down in reverence, inquire with sincere and searching questions, and render service. Those wise ones who have directly seen reality will instruct you in true knowledge.
