Transliteration
evam anyair api bhṛśaṃ viddhyamānaḥ sahasraśaḥ
Translation
Sañjaya said: Thus, being grievously pierced again and again by countless other warriors as well, he was struck from every side in the fury of battle—an image of how, in war, even the mightiest become vulnerable when many act together without restraint.
