प्रतीच्यां दिशि भसदमस्य धेह्युत्तरस्यां दिश्युत्तरं धेहि पार्श्वम्। ऊर्ध्वायां दिश्य१जस्यानूकं धेहि दिशि ध्रुवायां धेहि पाजस्यऽमन्तरिक्षे मध्यतो मध्यमस्य
pratī́cyāṃ diśí bhasadám asyá dhehy ùttarasyāṃ diśy ùttaráṃ dhehi pārśvám | ūrdhvā́yāṃ diśy àjasyānū́kaṃ dhehi diśí dhrúvāyāṃ dhehi pājásyàntárikṣe madhyatáḥ mádhyam asyá
In the western quarter set thou the rump of this; in the northern quarter set thou the northern portion—set the flank. In the upward quarter set thou the goat’s back-bone; in the steadfast quarter set thou the vigorous part; in mid-air, from the middle, set thou its middle.
