यत् त्वा क्रुद्धाः प्रचक्रुर्मन्युना पुरुषे मृते। सुकल्पमग्ने तत् त्वया पुनस्त्वोद् दीपयामसि
yát tvā krúddhāḥ prá cakrúr manyúnā púruṣe mṛté | su-kálpam agne tát tváyā́ púnas tvót dīpayāmasi
What, in their wrath, with anger, men have wrought against thee in the matter of a dead man—this, O Agni, to right order, by thy aid, we now restore, and thee anew we kindle up.
