The Harm of Destroying a Grove and the Merit of Tree-Planting as Pūrta-Dharma

ता देव्यॊ नृत्यगीतॆषु कुशलाश्चागमेऽभवन् ॥ सुरूपाश्च स्वलङ्काराः रमयन्ति दिने दिने ॥

tā devyo nṛtyagīteṣu kuśalāś cāgame ’bhavan || surūpāś ca svalāṅkārā ramayanti dine dine ||

Para devī itu menjadi mahir dalam tari dan nyanyian, serta terlatih dalam berbagai seni; elok rupanya dan berhias dengan perhiasan mereka sendiri, mereka menyenangkan (dia) dari hari ke hari.
