Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī/Devī
Scene: Four luminous sages—Vāmadeva, Sāvarṇi, Aghora, Kapila—stand or sit in meditation around the liṅga; the Lord is suggested as formless radiance (anādi, nirañjana) emanating from the liṅga, signifying completion of sādhana.
Association with a sanctified Liṅga and steadfast worship can culminate in siddhi, revealing Śiva as the pure, beginningless reality.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Prabhāsakṣetra), a famed Śaiva sacred region celebrated in the Prabhāsa-khaṇḍa.
No explicit ritual is prescribed here; the verse emphasizes the transformative power of the Liṅga and realized sages connected with it.
