Transliteration

śrībhagavānuvāca | nedaṃ vīravrataṃ daitya yacchatrukarapīḍanāt | procyante sāmavākyāni viśeṣāddaityajanmanā

Translation

Bhagavān bersabda: “Wahai Daitya, ini bukanlah laku-sumpah seorang pahlawan—mengucap kata-kata pendamaian hanya karena tertindih oleh tangan musuh—terlebih engkau terlahir dari kaum Daitya.”
