nirvismamiva me cetaḥ sāṃprataṃ sarvakarmasu | vicāryārya śubhodarkamata ākhyāhi sattama
Type: kshetra
Scene: A thoughtful king, hands folded, sits slightly bowed before a serene brāhmaṇa-sage in a Kāśī setting; the atmosphere is quiet, with distant ghāṭa steps and a suggestion of the Gaṅgā beyond, emphasizing inner turning and request for auspicious counsel.
When dispassion arises, one should seek śubha-upadeśa (auspicious guidance) from a noble, wise person.
The setting is Kāśī’s sacred discourse, but this verse does not name a particular tīrtha.
None explicitly; it requests dharmic guidance aimed at auspicious spiritual outcome.
