नोद्यमाद्विरतिः कार्या क्वापि कार्ये विचक्षणैः । प्रतिकूलोपि खिद्येत विधिस्तत्सततोद्यमात्
nodyamādviratiḥ kāryā kvāpi kārye vicakṣaṇaiḥ | pratikūlopi khidyeta vidhistatsatatodyamāt
Orang arif jangan sekali-kali menarik diri dari ikhtiar dalam pekerjaan apa pun; bahkan takdir yang berlawanan pun terkikis—demikianlah hukum nasib—oleh upaya yang terus-menerus.
