गच्छेत्परिहरन्जन्तून्पिबेत्कं वस्त्रशोधितम् । वाचं वदेदनुद्वेगां न क्रुध्येत्केनचित्क्वचित्
gacchetpariharanjantūnpibetkaṃ vastraśodhitam | vācaṃ vadedanudvegāṃ na krudhyetkenacitkvacit
Ia hendaknya berjalan dengan waspada sambil menghindari makhluk hidup; minum air yang disaring dengan kain; mengucapkan kata-kata yang tidak mengusik; dan tidak marah kepada siapa pun, di mana pun.
