Sukta 5.52
आ रुक्मैरा युधा नर ऋष्वा ऋष्टीरसृक्षत । अन्वेनाँ अह विद्युतो मरुतो जज्झतीरिव भानुरर्त त्मना दिवः ॥
ā́ rukmáir ā́ yúdhā nára ṛ́ṣvā ṛ́ṣṭīr asṛkṣata | ánv enā́n áha ví-dyuto marúto jajjhatī́r-iva bhā́nur arta tmánā diváḥ ||
Dengan kilau keemasan, dengan senjata, para pahlawan telah melepaskan tombak-tombak mereka yang menjulang; sesudah mereka sungguh kilat-kilat mengikuti—laksana nyala yang berderak—cahaya langit bergerak oleh dayanya sendiri.
