Gṛhastha-praveśa: Vivāha-bheda, Ācāra-śauca, Śrāddha-kāla, and Vaiṣṇava-lakṣaṇa

भर्त्तृपुत्रेषु या नारी सर्वदा निष्ठुरा भवेत् । परानुकूलिनी या च सर्वथा तां परित्यजेत् ॥ १४ ॥

bharttṛputreṣu yā nārī sarvadā niṣṭhurā bhavet | parānukūlinī yā ca sarvathā tāṃ parityajet || 14 ||

Seorang wanita yang selalu keras terhadap putra-putra suaminya, dan yang sepenuhnya condong kepada orang lain di luar keluarga, patut ditinggalkan dalam segala hal.
