Varāha (default, dialogue framework inferred)
It reflects a Purāṇic synthesis of cosmology and soteriology: ritual devotion is framed as producing ascent through recognized cosmic strata (Bhūrloka → Bhuvarloka → Svarga) and culminating, by stages, in mokṣa.
No specific terrestrial site is named in this verse; the terms Bhūrloka and Bhuvarloka denote cosmological realms rather than a single identifiable historical location.
The verse emphasizes disciplined veneration (ārādhana/yaṣṭi) and portrays ethical-religious practice as having cumulative, graded consequences—progressing from improved states of existence toward liberation.
