राजा, इस में चार समुंदर की बात है। बीच में सोने का हरि बना के रखना है। वो योगियों के स्वामी हैं, योग में सो रहे हैं, और पीला कपड़ा पहने हैं।

The verse reflects Purāṇic-era integration of cosmological geography (the schematic of oceans) with temple/ritual practice (pratiṣṭhā), illustrating how spatial models and material iconography were linked in South Asian textual traditions.
No single terrestrial site-name is specified here; the reference is to a cosmographic schema of “four oceans,” a conventional Purāṇic mapping element rather than a directly mappable modern location.
The passage primarily conveys a procedural-cultural instruction: to follow an established method (prāk-vidhāna) when instituting sacred representations, emphasizing continuity of practice and disciplined adherence to prescribed norms.
