प्रभोर्भव त्वं प्रतिमास्त्रपाणिना इमानि चास्त्राणि वरांश्च देहि । इत्येवमुक्त्वा ।अधिगते पितामहे त्रिलोचनश्चात्मभवं जगाद ॥ २३.२६ ॥
prabhor bhava tvaṃ pratimāstrapāṇinā imāni cāstrāṇi varāṃś ca dehi | ityevam uktvā .adhigate pitāmahe trilocanaś cātmabhavaṃ jagāda || 23.26 ||
भगवान के रूप में आ जाओ, हाथ में हथियार लेकर। यह सब अस्त्र दे दो और जो वरद माँगे वो भी दे दो। ऐसा बोल के जब वो ब्रह्मा के पास गए, तब शिव ने उनसे बात की।
