चतुःषष्ठिकृतं भागं यथावत्सुकृतं भवेत्॥ ततो दक्षिणपूर्वेषु दिग्विभागेषु सुन्दरी॥
catuḥṣaṣṭikṛtaṃ bhāgaṃ yathāvatsukṛtaṃ bhavet || tato dakṣiṇapūrveṣu digvibhāgeṣu sundarī ||
ज़मीन को चौसठ हिस्सों में बाँटो। सही तरह से बाँटना ज़रूरी है ताकि सब ठीक से हो। फिर दक्षिण-पूर्व से शुरू करो। ऐसे ही दिशाओं में आगे बढ़ो।
