सत्त्वं रजस्तमश्चैव त्रयः शारीरजाः स्मृताः ॥ अल्पायुशो नराः पश्चाद्भविष्यन्ति युगक्षये ॥
sattvaṁ rajas tamaś caiva trayaḥ śārīrajāḥ smṛtāḥ || alpāyuṣo narāḥ paścād bhaviṣyanti yugakṣaye ||
तीन गुण होते हैं, सत्व, रजस और तमस। यह शरीर के साथ आते हैं। युग के एंड में लोगों की उम्र कम हो जाएगी।
